I . Design and construction of:

House, country houses, buildings, hotels, offices, industrial construction, finishing off activities prefabricated houses (American type), metal constructions (industrial covered markets) pavilions, refrigerator chambers, etc.
The company is licensed in construction – mounting activities for buildings from the fourth and fifth category.
We build against compensation and in conformity to investor’s construction license.  At the moment our buildings are in the territory of Rousse and village of Ravda, municipality of Nesebar, but if the investor assigns an object in another region, the company is able to take it. We work with monodimensional shuttering (type of “DOKI”), metal telescope supports, and screens made of hydrophobic plywood. Our builders have got qualifications in different building subjects and also have a rich professional experience.

II . Repair activities.

The company has at its disposal a rich recruitment of specialists in different spheres: faience and terracotta, laminated flooring, producing water and channel network, building electric installation, painting and putting, sticking plaster pasteboard, mounting suspended ceilings and tinsmith’s   work.

III . Building heat insulating systems

The company makes heat insulating of buildings with height relevation cornice to 15 – 17 m.  
The heat insulation system we work with is produced by the French company “WEBER”. The firm works with a scaffolding produced by a company called “DOKA” that meet all requirements for a safe work. The company issues necessary certificates for the materials introduced in fulfilling the system otself with a warranty of minimum 10 years.
IV . All activities ib the sphere of reak estates.

1. Intermediation in purchase – selling of real estates
2. Intermediation in lending or renting a real estate.
3. Management of real estate’s (management of offices, shops, flats)
4. All kinds of insurances at an insurance  company, preferred by customer.

V . Selling of real estates

The company sells flats, offices and stores from the building it constructs. The selling’s are without commission under an established scheme for rescheduled payment. In given cases corrections are possible to occur in the payment scheme on the base of agreements with clients.
