“Arhstroy” Ltd. Is a Bulgarian investment – constructional company that is successfully developing in the spheres of designing and constructing buildings, hotel complexes and individual constructional projects. The company is a first successor of the company called “Arhstroy” SP, which was established in 1996. Our purpose is to provide a high quality construction that is fulfilled in a short period of time, with a high precision and at reasonable prices. We have at our disposal a highly qualified technical staff who has necessary experience and knowledge in their sphere for every level of building. We may include ourselves in every stage of construction – investment process and find decisions for each client’s requirements using individual approach to each customer of ours. For that purpose with the changes that have occurred in the Bulgarian legislature, the company is registered in the Construction chamber of Bulgaria as a company that has the rights to construct buildings from the fourth and fifth category that amount up to 5000 square miles of UBA (unfolded built-up area).
